We have delayed a long time purchasing a professional alarm system for our home. Luckily it was not too late. In both incidents (fire in the kitchen and attempted burglary through a side door, not visible form the street) besides that the system worked flawlessly, the response time from the security center and police was more than quick. We are more than glad that we have a reliable security system that really gives us peace of mind when we are home or not.

Dear Mr. Williams:

Please accept my sincere thanks for the work your company did for my mother last week. On Thursday, I called concerning the security System for mother's house at **XXXXXXXXX, Holly Hill, SC. The system she had, installed years ago by national Guardian and taken over by ADT, malfunctioned early in the week and we were without security from Monday evening and through the week. On Friday, I called back and talked with several of your staff and found them most helpful.

In each instance when I called we were given courteous, complete information. Brenda and Dale were forthcoming with information and advice. Jim Craft provided the final answers for us and even arranged for a Saturday repair. I am not sure of the name of the repairman who came on Saturday as I know there was a last-minute problem, but I believe his name was Travis. We are grateful for this serviceman who have his Saturday to see that Mother's house was secure. Without the help of Brenda, Dale, Jim, and Travis (?), Mother's house would have been without a security system for days or weeks.

We are very pleased to have your company providing our security now that the system has been repaired and the monitoring is once again in place. Thank you very much.

My thanks to Jim Craft for helping me understand my security system and working with me on this and to the two young men who installed it. They were both very polite and respectful. I had a good nights sleep last night, knowing that my home was secure and safe.
